I’m a design research and insights leader with a passion for shaping product strategy and providing insights that enable teams to work better and faster together. My background in cultural and medical anthropology informs how I approach making complex social worlds, behaviors, and interactions clear and approachable to put people at the center of our thinking. I currently lead Design Research and Strategy for Cisco’s security business where we focus on helping teams build products that frustrate attackers, not users. In addition to research and design strategy practice, I enjoy thinking and talking about power, teamwork, innovation, and society.
